Goods sold are non-refundable, unless fault or breakage occurs within 3 months, where we offer the option of exchange as well as refund. Please note we cannot exchange or return if you have simply changed your mind. Please choose carefully. No exchange or return on pierced earrings.


All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Jewellery and crystal items are delicate and should be handled carefully. Crystal stones breaking from mishandling is not considered a manufacturing fault. All pieces come with care instruction information that should be adhered to. Please see Care Instructions on the website for further information on this. If you find your pieces has a manufacturing fault Alchemical Magic will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:
• The product must have been purchased within 3 months of notification.
• You must notify Alchemical Magic by email with:a photograph of the item with a description of the fault and a "proof of purchase", being either the email confirmation from Alchemical Magic or bank statement.
• Alchemical Magic will respond within one week with a Return ID number and confirmation of the address to post your item.
• Items must be sent via a trackable method, Australia Post in a Platinum Express Post bag is recommended. • Alchemical Magic cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all items being returned must be securely packaged with protective wrapping and clearly addressed. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting.
• For International returns you must mark on the postal company's consignment 'Returned Goods' to ensure that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes once again.
• The item will be assessed upon return for fault.
• Alchemical Magic will then repair, replace, refund or in some circumstances offer an exchange if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
• Replacements are only possible if the item is available.
• If an exchange is offered and the price of the item differs from the original amount then Alchemical Magic will refund the difference or request payment prior to sending the new item. 


Repairs to damaged goods are assessed by case and may incur a fee if repair is possible.


For full priced items you may exchange for a different size within 10 days from date of purchase (15 days for International orders) Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. Note: Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. Exchanges are not possible for sale items, please choose carefully.


Crystals naturally vary in colour and size. Your piece will bear individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and unique, will vary slightly from the photograph. We are regrettably not able to exchange for a different piece based on the characteristics of crystals.



Standard - Standard shipping fee is $12 within Australia 3 - 5 days.

Express - Express shipping fee is $25 flat rate within Australia. The service used is Express Post with next day delivery guaranteed within Australia Post network.


International shipping service used - International Australia Post Registered Post. This service requires 7 - 10 business days for delivery. Rate will be calculated on checkout depending on region and weight.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your items to be dispatched once your order is processed.

The delivery times are estimates only and Alchemical Magic cannot be accountable for late deliveries. Please provide Alchemical Magic with correct delivery information. Alchemical Magic will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post. We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched. Please email if any further information is required.

We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
