HEALTH REFERENCE CHART

Essential oils have been used for thousands of years and there are over 150 references in the bible relating to essential oils. They are known for their healing and purifying effect on the body.

It has been said that essential oils are akin to the soul or spirit of the plant and are powerful anti-oxidant concentrates that are derived from raw plant material, such as the flowers, leaves, wood bark, roots, seeds, and peels.

Not only do they add another dimension to our physical and emotional wellbeing but they also support and enhance our spiritual growth process. Essential Oils can be used in a variety of ways such as warm compresses, during bathing, as a mist and in vaporizers and diffusers. They have also been used as anointing oils or even sprinkled on a tissue or handkerchief and then inhaled.
