SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery within Australia:
Standard shipping fee is calculated at time of checkout within Australia. The service used is Standard Shipping with tracking within the Australia Post network3 - 5 days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING is available within Australia and is shipped at a flat fee of $25 AUD. The service used is Express Post with next day delivery guaranteed within Australia Post network- NB: due to Covid Australia Post cannot guarantee next day delivery on express post parcels.
International Orders:
International orders are shipped using International Registered Australia Post. This service requires 7 - 10 business days for delivery. Rate will be calculated on checkout depending on region and weight.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your items to be dispatched once your order is processed.
The delivery times are estimates only and Alchemical Magic cannot be accountable for late deliveries. Please provide Alchemical Magic with correct delivery information. Alchemical Magic will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post.
We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched.

We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from alchemicalmagic.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to pixiemarket.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
