The Eye Compress - MIND

The eye compress contains Organic Elderflower, Eyebright, Chickweed, Calendula, Camomile flowers and Jasmine Buds. This combination of herbs is known for their properties to enhance clarity, focus and memory. They also soothe tired, red, sensitive eyes and help to ease the symptoms of sinusitis and insomnia. On a metaphysical level, I chose these herbs for their ability to enhance the spiritual senses of clairvoyance and intuition. Steep the herbs inside the cotton bag provided for 5min, lift out and let it cool before placing over the eyes. Using hot water releases the healing properties of the herbs. The steeping water can be added to a bath for added relaxation.

Love Bath Soak - BODY

A nourishing blend of Dead Sea Salt Minerals, Himalayan Pink Salt, Magnesium Chloride Flakes and a touch of luxurious Gold Mica salts, that leave your skin feeling soft and silky. Rose Petals, Passionflower and a blend of Ylang Ylang, Rose Geranium, Clary Sage, Patchouli essential oils were added to create a spa-like feeling of relaxation and leaves you feeling nourished, nurtured and pampered. The calming aroma of the essential oil combination supports physical and emotional healing. Also included is an organza bag for you to place your bath salts in before popping them into your bathwater, if you choose to contain the herbs rather than having them float in your bath. The crystal can also be placed in the bag with the herbs or directly into the bathtub.

The Sacred Space Clearing Mist - SPIRIT

Sacred Space Clearing Mist incorporates a blend of Sage, Cedarwood, Rosemary and Fir Tree essential oils that together create a powerful barrier protecting the bodies energy fields from negative energy interference and energy leakage. It is also beneficial in clearing and uplifting energy in your home, office or any environment that requires you to create a clear protected sacred energy space.

The mist also contains:

Alchemical Magic Crystal Eye Pillow -

 Hand made from cotton and satin/silk and filled with a combination of chakra enhancing crystals. Place the pillow over the eyes for 10 minutes, preferably before bedtime to promote calming and centering. The weight of the crystals over the eyelids helps to regulate the nervous system, mood, digestion & heart by stimulating your Vagus Nerve. This cranial nerve responds to the light Acupuncture pressure resting on your eyelids.

The eye pillow can be HAND washed when needed crystals intact and using warm water and a detergent used for washing delicate items. Wrap in towel to remove excess water. Allow to air dry.

 The metaphysical properties of Selenite support the opening and activation of your 3rd eye, crown and soul star chakra. Cleanse the Selenite wand by passing it through sage or incense smoke, clearing it of any debris it may have collected. Ideally it should be cleaned after each use.

Do Not use water to cleanse Selenite as it dissolves in water.

Use the Selenite Wand by running it up, around and over your body to collect any negative or discordant energy that may have been releasing from your energy fields. The Selenite wand acts like a magnet and collects and removes the debris from your energy field - completing your Self Care ritual.
